PayPerNet was founded in the fall of 1999 as an ambitious startup that proposes to do away with many of the inconveniences associated with on-line payments by applying innovative and flexible approaches to enhance the privacy, the security and the public availability of on-line payments.

The company's payment systems are in final testing before being rolled out.

PayPerNet is currently looking at ways to expand in a way that will enable it to commence service in a large geographical area, notably in the EU and the USA.
